They're attempting to put you at fault, so reverse It.

Tell them that It's not a matter of knowing how their process operates, but rather their neglect to provide shipping Instructions that ultimately resulted In sending the Item via the said carrier. Assure them that If they specified how the goods should be returned, you would've complied with their request. However, they didn't, so you've done the right thing by sending the Item back as per their Instructions.

If that's what they want, that's what they'll get.

Make up a package at home, take a photo and send It to them.

I told them as mentioned above and provided them with a picture of my "package".

Exactly what address did you send it to, what did you write on the label ?? And what company did you use to send it ??

At no time have we instructed you to send your product to us. My colleague wrote to you that if you had the opportunity to grab the headset again and have the opportunity to send it to us, we can start the process of a service change. If you do not have an RMA number and a package label from us, you are not expected to send us anything.


Don't have the option to grab a tracking number on the package? Otherwise, it will be very difficult to track it.
