What do you think about the story being about an inflated battery/smoking battery, causing me to throw away the laptop?

Errors In manufacturing, can cause batteries to overheat and potentially catch fire, so this Is very much a realistic occurrence.

Companies tend to take the matter more seriously, when you mention that you've suffered burns when disposing the unit.

I like that approach, lately Ive been trying to contact support to just 'let Them know' rather than wanting to claim warranty.
