If FedEx neglect to reply, It's an admission of guilt.

This Is a carrier Issue, so I don't see why they'd get the authorities Involved and particularly, how they'd be of help In determining whether the package was delivered.

My assumption was if fedex does not comply with the investigation they would ask for me to file a report. If not that, probably just mentioned it so I feel re-assured that MS is doing their best to retrieve the package and that I’m in good hands. Ironically, the rep made mention that it is common for FedEx not to require a signature with these purchases and that MS has been consistently reminding them to require sigs. Do what you will with such information
