In my last 4 DNA i had 1 Call and 2 visits, call was very angry and threatening, i basically just said 'fuck you and hung up'. Then her came for visit, i didnt open the door at that time, the courier then tried to apprehend my claim by saying they delivered it. IT backfired when i requested the legal documentation and they couldnt deliver, the other visit was cool, Guy was like "yo have you seen this package, cant remember if i gave IT to you".

Yeah documentation is so important. Can’t go off of word alone especially as a carrier. What carrier were these if I may ask?

I've also personally experienced It only the one time, quite a few years ago.

Interesting, had it happen to a friend with UPS recently so was curious. But update, just got the everything. Left at my leasing office, but I picked it up before they signed it into their system so there’s no concrete record of me getting it from them. And best of all: tracking says no signature required. Now, I’m wondering if I should open investigation with PayPal, or just contact Microsoft directly. I’ll give it a few hours so when I tell them I looked for the package it’ll seem like I did so.

Always good practice to wait a bit, the company Will always ask for that anyway. Bring was the only courier that might be relevant but also the most aggressive, but they only reacted the 2nd time when i triple dipped IT.

Go to Microsoft first they Will ask courier what happend, if they give you any issues about replacement or refund then you go to PayPal in the last line of operation.
