In my last 4 DNA i had 1 Call and 2 visits, call was very angry and threatening, i basically just said 'fuck you and hung up'. Then her came for visit, i didnt open the door at that time, the courier then tried to apprehend my claim by saying they delivered it. IT backfired when i requested the legal documentation and they couldnt deliver, the other visit was cool, Guy was like "yo have you seen this package, cant remember if i gave IT to you".

Yeah documentation is so important. Can’t go off of word alone especially as a carrier. What carrier were these if I may ask?

I've also personally experienced It only the one time, quite a few years ago.

Interesting, had it happen to a friend with UPS recently so was curious. But update, just got the everything. Left at my leasing office, but I picked it up before they signed it into their system so there’s no concrete record of me getting it from them. And best of all: tracking says no signature required. Now, I’m wondering if I should open investigation with PayPal, or just contact Microsoft directly. I’ll give it a few hours so when I tell them I looked for the package it’ll seem like I did so.
