Question for you, have you heard of carriers during investigation physically going to the delivery address to verify issues with shipment? I have an idea that involves my leasing office, but it wouldn't work if a rep for the carrier asks questions in person.

In my last 4 DNA i had 1 Call and 2 visits, call was very angry and threatening, i basically just said 'fuck you and hung up'. Then her came for visit, i didnt open the door at that time, the courier then tried to apprehend my claim by saying they delivered it. IT backfired when i requested the legal documentation and they couldnt deliver, the other visit was cool, Guy was like "yo have you seen this package, cant remember if i gave IT to you".
