This is one of my favorite methods, it's very easy with TVs and monitors as most serial numbers are stickers rather than engraved.
I saw this a bit ago and thought it was a good way to go about getting the same model. On the weekend my basement tv slid off the mount (I fucked up lol) and I was going to attempt this. However, the specific model is nowhere to be found in stock
I fucking loved that tv.
