If they still ask for a name, tell them it was gifted to you by a family and you're not sure who purchased it exactly. If they still demand a last name, give a common one like Johnson/Brown or tell them that the father/mother purchased it and they kept their maiden name, which you do not know, blah blah blah. There's always a way around everything, you just have to imagine you're actually a customer with a real problem and you're trying your best to get it fixed, but all of these unfortunate things are getting in your way.
