Usually with paypal disputes its mostly used with the "unauthorized charge". However you can still fight your case with paypal by calling them directly instead of messaging through the help center as paypal usually is much better with these types of cases over the phone. If all else fails use the unauthorized charge with your bank or the DNA method with your bank. However since fedex is claiming they delivered it to the 'designated' location its a case thats best left for the unauthorized charge method.
