Bump, still need help with this.

The NewEgg seller contacted FedEx and FedEx showed them that it was "accurately delivered to the address" with "written proof of delivery"

Although this was through email, I'm not sure if they'll respond back to my PayPal dispute.

Any input and questions would be nice!
