Then how do you explain that you've received the wrong "Item" without opening the box?

If i were to completely replace the phone box as a whole and put in something else in place, what would be a good option?

Any "stock" Item that's significantly cheaper, preferably from the same company/warehouse by using a different account altogether.

As such, when they scan the returned (wrong) Item, It will show as being part of their Inventory.

Better to not let them know ive received the wrong item and just return it?
