What did you say to them? Did they ask for a return?

No they didn't, and I basically just told them I was unhappy on how my keyboard wasn't working and I usually love Logitech and i buy a lot of their items and im a bit surprised on how it just doesn't seem to work.

How did you convice Logitech to not want their defect item back?

They just didn’t want it, I think that’s normal.
