In my opinion you should send it back and go for a higher amount. I did them 2 times (both partial) and it was the easiest refunds ever.

You can refund TH up to 1000eur (safe limit). Just order 1-2 cheap items per 1 expensive item and go for a partial refund.

But isnt there a way without refunding it?

If you’re not willing to refund it for an eventual partial I would either look into wrong item received or attempt to contact UPS through their site or contact the Access Center and see if there’s a way to reship said item to your house. Use reasoning behind it such as “crazy work schedule/no time to pick it up” and see if they’ll work with you on just leaving the package at your house.
