"I hope this email finds you well.

I was recently speaking to you on the telephone regarding your order ********. We have raised an investigation into your delivery query. regarding your missing Airpods. During our conversation you advised your packaging had brown tape on it. To further our investigation we require photographs of this and all your packaging.

At your earliest convenience please respond to this email with clear photographs of the tape you mention and also your Airpods box. "

I sent the pictures in the gyazo to them and I am waiting for a response. I have a feeling this may fail because I told them the airpods aren't in the apple box. I should've said that the entire apple airpod box wasnt in the packaging.
