I ordered a MCM backpack for $840 on Nordstrom, I tried using the DNA method and after a while of investigation, my claim was denied. I was planning on buying a bag of similar weight from Nordstrom and returning the MCM bag saying that package actually came but the wrong item was in the box and swapping the cheaper bag with the MCM bag. Will this work even after I tried using the DNA method on the bag?
