A little update, I got the refund after sending my license, I sent a picture of my license and i blocked out the address the first time and they didn't accept it, this tells me they've noted my name and address.

Could you give a little more info? You ordered the item using your real name and address, which match your real license? If you used an alias or drop address do you think this would have worked?

I used my sister's house and her name which is of course different to my address and name but they still gave me a refund after seeing my license.
Prior to this happening I actually ordered something to my own house which is due to arrive in a couple of days, I will probably not attempt an SE on that order due to the fact they've got my id and know my real address.
