It Isn't confirmed and here's why:

The investigation has shown that the shipment has been delivered completely to the correct address

Delivered and personally received, are completely different. In your defense, you did not personally accept the package- Irrespective whether their records Indicate It was delivered. The sooner they use some common sense and differentiate between the two, the quicker your claim will be resolved.
