Dear Customer,

you informed us that you did not receive all items from your order #304-

The investigation has shown that the shipment has been delivered to the correct address and therefore we can't issue a replacement or a refund.

In case that you wish to pursue this matter we recommend that you report it to the police accordingly. If the case cannot be clarified by the police please contact us again and send a copy of the file by e-mail, including the file number and police station.
