Recently i tried to do logitech K600 and they told that serial no was out of warranty.They asked for receipt. First i told them that it was gift. Then they told me that they can't replace it. Next i provided them with fake receipt. They told me to visit that store for replacement. Please advice me how to proceed further.

There’s 2 options that I’ll tell you

Option 1

Tell the you bought it while on holiday. Or somewhere far away and tell them it wouldn’t be worth it for you to pay for the travel expenses.

Option 2

Tell them when you got to the store they told you to contact Logitech through their website.
