Perhaps you squiggled on the signature? When you squiggle and no recognizable lettering forms a word, it automatically signs as the shipper name. Which is why I highly recommend not signing with squiggly lines or unrecognizable lettering.

Yes, but they didn't give me anything, even by forcing, they just told me that it was signed by the name of the account, quoting it
