Just keep applying, and get people to review your CV and cover letters. And always write cover letters.

Are there any agencies where you live? Some of the fastest and easiest ways to find work is through agencies. I signed up to one and had a job within 24 hours, no interviews required.

Sound advice.

Further to this, where possible, send/post your CV rather than emailing It. There may be hundreds of applicants and as such, emails tend to get buried In the recipient's Inbox, hence could be completely overlooked. If you have no choice but to email, be sure the subject Is enticing, thereby It'll attract attention.

In addition, if you have local businesses, take your application in, in person. Show your face. Try networking in any way you can.
