I did OnePlus a month ago for one phone. Fairly easy. I waited 3 days after delivery. I don't like doing live chat so I called and mentioned that I was wondering when was the phone going to be delivered. Acted surprised/disappointed the whole time. Waited 7 days and they sent me the refund after the 7 days. Pretty easy. Hope that helps someone in this thread.

Yes they will ask for signature, just put a straight line or some random name on it. Then be adamant it's not been delivered & you have no idea where's its been delivered or who supposedly signed for it. I usually wear a bit of a disguise when signing for stuff I'm gonna SE, hood up, glasses etc
