You should be fine unless you're doing bulk amounts (10-20+ of an item) or very expensive things (over $1-3k). Even then if you've taken the time to cover your Digital + Physical tracks there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

It's actually recommended to use Vacant or Abandoned properties when it comes to this because you never know what would/could trigger an entity to call the authorities.
