I think that he is saying that hes just telling amazon an order didnt arrive but then using a fake amazon receipt?

Sounds kinda like hes mixxing methods like the DNA and not actually having a product to start with.

Anyway with DNA you actually need to order the item and then tell amazon it is nowhere to be found

And not having the item, usually it is done with a serial number and you would use a fake receipt to pretend you got it from amazon, although i dont recommend amazon receipts
