That does seem pretty probable.

It is indeed plausible, I think what actually happened was OP saw something of that sort, and then after smoking 0.02g of nug he proceeded to call 911 like most of the other retarded kids who think they are high and then he decided to make even more of an ass of himself. This is why we can't have nice things, 'kid smokes marijuana, and causes 911 operator to not answer a real call, don't legalize!!!'...fuck you.
