Anyone ever returned an online order in store. I've been doing some research on companies forums that they have and it seems that some people have been having trouble returning purchases made online in store even though company policy allows it. They will either flatly deny it, or pull up footage from the warehouse and show that the correct item has been sent. Obviously through this one can claim well, "Why do I have XYZ instead of my specific item I ordered," and then lead into the path of someone tampering with the box etc. I'm just kind of curious if anyone has been successful in this type of effort, how much the item was worth, and did it take a lot of time to do?
