I've been thinking this for a while now. Why haven't people used any sort of spray that looks like the white battery acid? IE: Snow Spray or some shit like that.
Take the battery out the bay and put down some clear sellotape over contact points and spray a little in and around the battery area. take photos in lower quality nd send to company
