Now that it'll be on my account for good, should I make a new account? or just keep it and wait a few months before I do it again?  I'll just do it to Best Buy, target and Walmart in the mean time

A matured account with a few legit purchases In-between SEs, holds more value and less suspicious than an new account.

The timing between each SE Is crucial for both the SE Itself, and the longevity of the account. When SEing In large quantities, a minimum of 4 weeks before performing another, Is generally fine.
