So by using an amazon receipt as PoP and then saying 'in an angry tone' that I still haven't received the item, would it be a good idea to tell them that I had already contacted amazon about this and they told me to go straight to steelseries support, or is that not a good idea? Did SteelSeries request the POP?

I haven't attempted it as of yet, got exams today so I will go through with this after the exams have finished. I'll post the results here
