If you're SEing a mouse, It's pretty lightweight, so you can use the "missing Item" method.

It saves the hassle of providing Images etc.

Would this work, for say a larger item such as a headset or keyboard? Probably not right?

No It won't.

As a rule of thumb, the Item must be light enough to not register a weight on consignment.

So by using an amazon receipt as PoP and then saying 'in an angry tone' that I still haven't received the item, would it be a good idea to tell them that I had already contacted amazon about this and they told me to go straight to steelseries support, or is that not a good idea? I am sort of new to all of this so I don't really have much clue as to what is happening.
