It depends on what courier Ikea use.

If they use your regular courier (DHL, UPS, Parcelforce), then a simple 'wrong item received' could work for you

Try doing that against a wardrobe or mattress. The Items are way too big for the method.

I couldn't Imagine trying to locate an Item, that's the same size and weight as a mattress, especially If It's a king size.

Haha of course, I was more thinking about flat-packed items that are in small boxes.
