You can pickup the Item, and then return a week later asking to pick It up. Obviously they won't find It, so It comes down to them handing the Item to the wrong person.

Just contacted Amazon and told them I didn't receive the package and if I could get the refund because I need it before Friday. They told me they will contact the seller and the seller will send me a mail within 48 hours regarding the refund. Also did Amazon tell me if they won't give the refund Amazon will.  You think it will succeed?

It's not possible to determine the outcome.

They'll cross-check with the seller and most likely the carrier. Once they respond, we'll take It from there.
