I think your probably referring to me about the police report....

Go to your local police station and explain the issue - they wont give you a crime reference as no crime has been committed against you. "you were never in possession of the goods so they have not been stolen from you" therefore the police cannot take a statement from you.

They gave me a letter that explained the law basically took 20 minutes while i waited for him to type it there n then. then i forwarded that to amazon i had to be a little forceful as they were insistent on a crime number - keep explaining the situation to them and how its impossible for you to get a crime reference number - speak to management if you have to but be insistent until they give you the refund.
