Will they actually ask it? and how?  I think the delivery man didn't even care when he saw my note on the door but if he did and he wrote it down in the system and they will ask her then you're right I suppose

Yeah, it's always better not to involve anybody else when SEing. Especially neighbours. I bet Mothered will have better advice than me as she/he is more experienced, hopefully you'll get a reply soon.
