Dear Husnain,
My name is Kim and I will be the one to take over your case from now on. Whatever happens moving forward will reflect on my assistance. I apologize for the delay but allow me this time to extend my help in resolving your concerns.
PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS AS IT MIGHT FIX THE ISSUE YOU'RE HAVING WITH YOUR DEVICE:
1. Try different USB Cable.
2. Try it on different USB port.
3. Unplug the device and leave it for a while (turned off)
4. After some time, plug it in again, see if there's any changes.
5. Please check the light indicator, check for visible lights.
6. Try the cable to other device to isolate the issue.
7. Update the firmware if possible.
If you are done performing these troubleshooting steps and still having the same issue, it is safe to say that you have a faulty device and we need to process a replacement.
In case a warranty claim is needed after troubleshooting, please review the following details on how to claim for a warranty replacement:
-Check if your Logitech product is still in warranty. You can check how long the warranty is on the Logitech support site: https://support.logitech.com/home
-To claim for warranty, we advise that you contact the retailer where the product was purchased from and request for a replacement. Remember to bring a copy of the receipt and the faulty unit if you need to go back to the retailer.
Reasons why you need to get in touch with your retailer:
Retailers have stock on hand and local distributors who are able to get products to you faster, in many cases even next day.
We will need to create a case and obtain proof of purchase along with other details in order to process your warranty claim which can add time to the process.
We are an international company with distributors all over the world, however it is not possible to have them in every location like a local retailer would.
If you have problems with getting a replacement from the point of purchase, please reply with the following details so that we can extend our support:
-Name of the retailer
-Reason for not being able to get a replacement from the retailer
-A copy of the receipt (If available)
-An image of the faulty product showing the S/N (Serial Number) or PID with a hand written note of your case number
-Your Complete name, phone number and shipping address (If you have not yet provided it)
Best regards,
Kim
