How do refunders speak to Amazon in your name if they do not have access to your account? Take Amazon.it for example. I tried e-mailing them from a different e-mail than the one on my account and they told me I should use the account address. Is it the same for calling? Do I have to call from the phone number attached to the account?

Good question, wondering the same. If you call them is there any possibility from the to determine that you actually bought the item? If your answer is Account ID / Track ID / Package ID / ..... Is there a way to get around this?
