Firstly I would like to apologize for not replying earlier, I have read the email but was busy so I could not answer yet.
While submitting this, I have been shown the list of troubleshooting steps, but they doesn't help the problem I have tried it on both PC and Mac.

For the information part, I have thrown the box away, without recording the serial number, but I have seen the one ending with 8 in the earcovers, and is 1625ML00DCV8

For the reciept, I have not asked for it while purchasing. I do believe the warranty is up to date, as I couldn't find any warranty proof.
