I need to learn more about this lol.. I have a $800 Amazon GC serial and picture right now. So the claim code could be on the back as well? Im confused..

Edit: Never had a physical Amazon GC just looked at the pictures. Claim code is on the back. I do have the serial though. Possible to SE?

Every serial number Is dedicated against It's respective claim code.

So In terms of the OP, If the claim code Is visible, he/she can SE Amazon (using the claim code as leverage) Into validating the serial number.

I think you cleared it up for me. You're saying that in order to perform this SE, you need at least a partial claim code.. Like a card that has half of it scratched off in order to perform this SE.. You give them part of it and make up a reason why you don't have or can't get the rest and then give them the serial to validate your claim and add the funds to your account? So I can't just get the serial number from the GC and call and SE them lol. That would sure be nice.
