What was the timing between each refund?

A couple/few days apart, one week etc?

Two of the refunds were regarding my bike so they were on the same day. Then after I had a legit refund 9 days later. Then a se 16 days later nd a another se 1 month later (airpods)

Essentially, you claimed four refunds In under 4 weeks, which raised suspicion hence the email.

SEing both Items (bikes) on the same day and particularly their nature, would've been a cause for concern In their claims department. Timing Is crucial when SEing multiple Items Individually- always allow for lengthy periods between each one.

The two items I refunded on the same day were legit. I returned the items as it wasn't the correct fit. Do you think I would still get a refund for the se attempt on the AirPods or no. They told me to sign a declaration of truth, but I did not. I have seen that someone else got asked to sign as well but they eventually got the refund without signing it. Should I contact them again, or just wait it out? Once again, thank you for your reply.
