Just an update because why not. I rang up and said the box was empty, the Indian man said he would send a replacement with the fastest shipping method so I said that I needed to go to a store today as it was a gift needed urgenty for a family member so he refunded it along with a £5 promo. Also sent off an empty box for RAM refund worth £130 and that was successful. For my first 2 SE's and only learning about this stuff over the past 2 days I can say I'm pretty happy with what's happened to be honest :}

Given the Item's weight, I'm actually surprised they didn't open an Investigation with the carrier.

All In all, good work.

All the rep asked was if the box had any tampering to which I obviously said no it was well packaged in a thick box and untouched.
