Just got off the phone with Logitech, as far as I can see right now it's a complete success. GIrl told me I didn't even have to give the "product" back. It's AR replacement. I'll send proof when they ship the device out and send an email.

Mostly if they backtrack, the rep specifically said to me that I didn't need to return the product, so I can use that excuse if things go south later.
