The best advice to give you is to vary your methods and excuses for why you need the refunds. Give it time, don't just do it one after the other they will catch on within the first two or three times. Buy other things. Even if they are significantly lower priced, the fact that you aren't refunding a bunch of everything gives you reputation, say the GPU and monitor were both stolen while your lower value mouse or flash drive or headset wasn't. Make them feel like you deserve it, and make them feel like you aren't artificial.

It really depends on the value and if its worth it for them to pursue. Its not unheard of for billing or legal action to be taken, but its incredibly rare. You'd likely just get your account closed.
