In my opinion I would go for it, I would approach like this. (always take the friendly, patient and understanding route with webchat)

don't wait for it to say delivered just wait for at least 3 days after the estimated delivery date, Then ask them if they could check the status of your parcel as is still not arrived, (your happy to wait but would like to know when it will arrive) that should lead you nicely into the parcel has not gone missing and either go for a replacement or refund,

Im assuming you ordered it though amazon Italy as per google translate (feel free to tell them you don't speak much/any Italian and your relying on google translate, they will either chat in English or be more understanding around grammar and any continuity errors) this works in your favour I would say.

They will probably want to do an investigation, if they do let them be friendly, understanding and willing to wait.
