That's correct, you purchase a significantly cheaper Item that they stock, weighs around the same as the headphones and claim they've sent you that Item Instead of the headphones. Other orders on your account Is Immaterial- you can place a legit order for 20 headphones, It has no relevance to this particular one.
I am referring to your post yeah, okay so purchase the headphones I want and say I received a different set and quote the "wrong" headphones name. Then when they refund me and ask me to then to send it order a similar weighing pair that are cheaper.
I've found a pair weighing just over 50gs compared to the ones I'm ordering.
One problem is sometimes the courier is amazon themself, how do you stop them from checking themselves, say you called up the shipping first and they said I would have to contact support?
This Is how It works.
* You order and receive the headphones.
* You claim the wrong Item was shipped and received.
* You send the wrong Item back on request.
* You obtain a refund for the headphones.

Elaborate further on the above. At what point do you believe the carrier checks? And what documentation Is taken to verify they've checked?
Okay that's a good point I meant in terms of on there system wouldn't they have the weight of the shipped item logged and inorder to say I checked with the shipping company I'd need to know which one it is. And looking at the tracking never says whos the courier at least not for me. Of course I would need to buy a pair of headphones amazon sells but best to buy them off a different site.
