I would simply box them. You could use some cheap headphones if you feel you need to but an empty box should be fine

When boxing them, would u simply send the amazon package, or the airpods package aswell?

I would simply buy some cheap AirPods from your local shop that are sold on amazon and send them instead. You would most likely want to keep the AirPods box right?
