here are the following steps I did:
1- Order someone to SE the keyboard for me (cost me around 60$).
2- I received the item and take the pictures of this product with my name and serial number as well.
3- Sold keyboard in the market at around 100+$.
4- Contact Logitech support to reissue the item as I am having the event upcoming and my keyboard wouldn't power up (realized them that I own the product as I did, and I am very much upset for this).
5- Upon request, I provide all the pictures with S/N & P/N.
6- They took around a week to analyze and after a week they provide me the tracking number of the new keyboard.

I got the money back and free Keyboard.
