So a couple of weeks ago i decided that i wanted to try SE the company aTTo.
they make high quality spy micro recorders and i thought that i just wanted to try it out.
So i started to prep by checking out what product i wanted, and looked for images of the product

Step 1:
Do your research!

Step 2:
Send them an email at this address info@atto-digital.com and include you script.
this is what i went for:

Hello There, My name is "INSERT NAME"' and a while ago i bought a digital recorder from you. It worked like a charm for the first couple of months but now it has suddenly stopped working.
It is the password protected version with a screen, and it does not work anymore. It started out not recording anything and now it wont charge? I really need help fixing this.

Step 3:
they should mail you back trying to troubleshoot the problem.
just say that you tried it already

Step 4:
they are going to ask you for an order number, so just say you ordered it somewhere else, like Amazon.
then give them a random order number from amazon and make your reciept and send that as well.

Step 5:
they will send your request to their colleague dealing with amazon, and you will just wait

Step 6:
they should get back to you within the next 48 hours and tell you something like:

A new device will arrive to you in about 5 days at the same adress! You can keep also the defective one!

Step 7:
wait for delivery


NOTES:
what should you keep in mind?
you should keep in mind that you want to sound like you are at a loss, and that you really need the new one.
and you have to crosscheck the price of the products when making your reciept/invoice
also, i just made them wait for the invoice and got back to them saying, that i am bad with technology and that i just needed the IT guy to help me.
