1. Order 150-200 worth of merchandise
2. Say it didn't come. Maybe someone stole off porch etc.
Customer service can do 150 supervisor can do 200 and escalation/mail investigation depending on delivery company will do larger than 200. I had a fedex delivery so am waiting on email communications which comprise totality of investigation. Enjoy.
