Hey guys. I'm planning on doing a $800 CAD Amazon refund on a GPU. Which method should I use which would increase my chances? The DNA method or empty box method (ordered with another item which actually did come)? Is it absolutely necessary that I don't sign? I was planning on fake signing and then when they ask for a police report I was planning on using my real info and giving them that report so that they could refund me.

I would advice against sending in the report. You are signing legally that you did not receive the item

The police derpartment in my city rarely actually follows through with the order. I'm signing legally that to my knowledge that I didn't receive it. If worst comes to worst I'll just pull the 'my neighbour had it the whole time' story. I already have a template for the police report and I can actually use chrome inspect element to change things up but then if Amazon decides to reference the police tracking number then I'm fucked if I decide to fake the report.
