Try learning a programming language and after that learn about network stuff, learn how to use operating systems like linux and how security system works. I think this is only the basics (Sorry for my bad english)

What does networking means and what language should i learn and is kali linux and linux the same things ?

No Kali Linux and Linux are not the same things. First learn hacking in a windows environment. Start out small. Try hacking wi-fi around you. Doxxing counts as hacking. Try to figure out someone's real life identity from their steam or skype account.

Doxing doesn't count as "hacking". It's gather information or intellectual information. No hacking is involved in doxxing what so ever. Also, kali is part of linux. Kali is a debian based OS with installed tools pretty much.
